Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to this journal. Each submission will undergo an initial editorial evaluation to determine its alignment with the aims and scope of the journal. Manuscripts deemed appropriate will be sent for peer review to assess their suitability for publication.

Before submitting, authors are responsible for securing permission to publish any third-party materials included in the manuscript, such as images, documents, or datasets. All listed authors must provide consent to be identified as contributors to the submission. Where applicable, research must be approved by a recognised ethics committee in accordance with the laws of the country where the study was conducted.

**Important Note:** Authors must upload the manuscript body and the title separately. The manuscript file must not contain any author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or any identifying information. This is required to ensure the integrity of the double-blind peer review process, in which the identity of both reviewers and authors is kept anonymous.

Submissions may be desk-rejected by the editor if they fail to meet the journal’s minimum quality standards. Authors should ensure that the study design is sound, the research question is clearly articulated, and the manuscript is logically structured. The title should be concise, and the abstract should effectively summarise the main points of the study.

- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
- **The manuscript file does not contain any author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or identifying information, in accordance with the double-blind peer review policy.**

This section includes original research articles in the field of sport and exercise science. All submissions undergo a peer-review process before publication.
